Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem and you are still unhappy with the service, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days. Please note that refunds will not be issued if we terminate your services due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or other Terms and Conditions, except as specified in those terms. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Additionally, any credit on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.

  • All applicable payment gateway charges.
  • Change of mind requests are not eligible for a refund within 30 days.
  • VAT and taxes applied to the price of goods or services.
  • Unused credits for the service after the validity period has expired.
  • Any setup fees or charges, such as masking registration fees.
  • Any payment collection charges, including clearing cheque fees, SWIFT inward remittance fees, intercity online transaction fees, etc.
  • Accounts purchased through a promotion, whether with or without a promo code, are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Any funds sent to XEN SMS which are in excess of the amount owed can only be reimbursed in credit and cannot be refunded by cash money.
