Procedure & Requirement

1. Copy of valid National ID/Passport/Driving License of the Signatory.
2. Masking application letter (Needs to be printed in company letterhead)
3. Terms and conditions form must be signed and submitted along with the required documents.
4. Copy of valid Trade license/BIN/Company TIN/Government authorization/Ministry Authorization/Gazette/UGC Authorization (whichever applicable)
5. As per the guidelines of BTRC all promotional SMS should be in Bangla.
6. Demographic and Behavioral targeting will charge extra 5paisa for each sms.
7. Clients shall have to take vetting from BRTC for all kind of SMS content (except OTP/Transactional)
8. Candidates for National or local elections cannot send sms asking for votes mentioning a particular party and party symbol.
